Trafo-Station
Hi there!
A new project is starting here!
I believe that we are in the midst of a significant transformation - in a major technological and cultural shift that people will read about in their history books 100 years from now. Looking back, everything we experience will probably seem linear, logical, and obvious. The only catch is: life is lived forward - and can only be understood backwards.
Meanwhile, we are still at the very beginning of this story. We can only guess what lies ahead, and in the meantime, we practise juggling: anticipation and courage, knowing and not knowing, doubt and serendipity. And even though global transformation is already tangible, we all experience it in a highly individual way.
The Trafo Project is a logbook of this period. A mixture of travel diary, time capsule, and a collection of insights - with a few courage band-aids, a little soul balm, and small signposts along the way. It is also something of a scrapbook, a guestbook (“I was here”) and a guidebook for us and our traveling companions.
So great to have you here for a little stopover!
How it works:
Each logbook entry consists of one or two questions selected from a set of questions + a brief introduction of the respondent.
Guiding thoughts:
⭐️ Learning and reflecting through others’ stories
⭐️ Quick insights – even for busy people
⭐️ Step out of your bubble
⭐️ Tap into collective intelligence
⭐️ Collaboration and inspiration are great mood boosters :)
⭐️ We’re not alone
✨ This page isn’t publicly linked yet. For now, the logbook shows two placeholder entries.
📌 English entries remain in their original language (although the blog itself is in German).
The task:
Please answer one or two questions from the following selection that are particularly important to you. Please sent your 1 or 2 questions and answers to ella@twominutebreak.com or use the form below.
What unexpected challenge – or surprise – came with a change in your life?
What helps you on difficult days? (Any skills, tools, habits...?)
What do you wish you had understood earlier?
What belief or aspect of your identity have you let go of – even though it once defined you?
What have been your best decisions? (big or small)
What’s something you never would’ve expected of yourself in the past?
Which book had a lasting impact on you – and why?
Which habit or strategy helped you get through a time of transition?
What has someone else done that deeply impressed, inspired, or motivated you?
What was the price of a decision that turned out to be the right one?
